植物乳杆菌在肠道内产共轭亚油酸的体外研究

摘要
在体外模拟猪肠道环境下利用植物乳杆菌ANCLA01将葵花籽油转化生成共轭亚油酸的反应。结果表明,适宜反应条件为3.5mg/mL葵花籽油、3%接种量、pH7.0、培养时间28h(未灭菌小肠液组为32h)。灭菌小肠液组共轭亚油酸(CLA)产量高于未灭菌小肠液组。
