摘要
从重庆市黔江区、酉阳县、武隆县烟田采集的烟草青枯病典型病株中,分离获得44个致病的青枯病菌株,并进行了生理小种的初步鉴定。根据在生理小种鉴别寄主上的反应和烟叶浸润反应、黑色素产生试验,将44个菌株初步划为1号生理小种,其中35个菌株对所有鉴别寄主表现出高度致病性,在6个鉴别寄主上平均病情指数在90以上的菌株有10株,它们分布在黔江区水田乡、新华乡和武隆县黄莺乡、仙女山镇。
Fourty four pathogenic strains of Ralstonia solanacearum were isolated from typical diseased tobacco plants in Qianjiang, Youyang and Wulong of Chongqing and preliminarily identified. According to their effects on hosts, infiltration reaction, melanin formation, all the strains were preliminarily referred to physiological race 1, among them, 35 strains were high pathogenicity to all kinds of identified host. There were 10 strains whose average disease indexes against 6 kinds of identified hosts were over 90, distributed in Shuitian Village and Xinghua Village of Qianjiang and Huangying Village and Xiannushan Town of Wulong.
