The Psychological Mechanism of the Sense of Shame and the Construction of Public Management Ethics

耻感是人类的一种基本情感心理,也是中国人的一种典型的社会文化形态。从耻感的个体心理过程、社会心理机制两个视角出发,剖析了公共管理者耻感心理中的"角色本我"、"角色自我"、"角色超我",阐释了耻感的两个维度,在此基础上,分析了公共管理伦理建构的实现途径及几个着力点。

The sense of shame is an elementary psychological sentiment, which is also a typical modality of Chinese social culture. From the perspective of personal sentimental process and the psychological mechanism of the sense of shame, this paper analyses the role of id, ego and superego in the sentiment of shame of the public administrators, along with a further interpretation of the two dimensions of the sense of shame and an analysis of the approaches to realize the construction of public management ethics.
