摘要
研究了白菜种子在热泵干燥过程中考虑种皮传质阻力后的传热传质数学模型,用有限元方法模拟了干燥过程中种子内部含水率的变化趋势,并用实验数据与模拟数据进行对比,验证了数学模型及由模型所得结论的正确性。指出种子干燥过程中主要传质阻力来自于种皮,并研究了热泵高温侧温度及低温侧温度对干燥过程的影响。
Considering the resistance of spermoderm, the heat and mass transfer model of cabbage seed which was dried by heat pump was studied. The effect of different evaporating temperatures and condensing temperatures of heat pump were discussed and the drying process was simulated by the method of finite element. By contrasting the experimental data with analogue result, the correctness of the model and the conclusion are validated.
