摘要
精炼炉电极控制系统是一个多变量、非线性、参数时变、滞后、耦合系统,早期PID控制方式难以实现更好的控制效果。从包钢生产实际出发,分析研究了PID电极升降控制、IAF模式人工神经网络的控制思路、算法介绍,以及阻抗控制的应用结构。
Electrode control system of ladle furnace is a nonlinear, parameter-time-varying, hysteresis coupled system and for the mode of the original PID control it is very hard to achieve the good control performance. Proceeding from the actual production conditions of BAOGANG the present paper anlyzes and studies the automatic control system of the PID electrode, the artificial neural network control pattern of IAF mode , the algorithm and the applicable structure of impedance control.
