广州地区大学生性道德现状分析

College Students' Sexual Morality in Guangzhou

目的了解广州地区大学生性道德现状,为在该人群中开展性道德教育及行为干预提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对广州市4所高校一～四年级的840名在校本科生进行问卷调查。结果大学生恋爱态度趋向"顺其自然发展"和"应当正确引导",有72.6%的学生认为贞洁对男女双方都至关重要。对在校学习期间结婚、婚前性行为、未婚同居、商业性性行为、多个性伴侣等问题,持赞同态度的比例男生明显高于女生(P值均<0.01);在接触黄色录像或刊物、性冲动、手淫等方面,男生亦明显高于女生(P值均<0.01);有过性行为经历的学生达13.5%,各年级性行为发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),从低年级到高年级有逐渐增高趋势,三年级最高。大学生获取相关知识的主要途径是书报杂志、网络媒体、同学和朋友、影视录像,从学校和家庭得到的性知识很少。结论高校应加强大学生性道德价值观念教育,引导他们建立健康的两性关系,将情感教育、伦理教育与道德教育相结合,促进大学生性道德素质的提高。

Objective To study the status of college students＇ sexual morality in Guangzhou,and to provide bases for the development of sexual morality education and behavioral intervention.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 840 undergraduates from grade one to grade four in universities in Guangzhou.Results The students＇ attitudes toward sexual relationship fall into two types：＂following the natural course of development＂ and ＂needing correct guidance＂.72.6% students agreed on the view that chastity was important to both sexes.As to issues such as getting married as students,premarital sex,cohabitation,commercial sex and multiple sexual partners,the number of male students who held positive views was more than female（P〈0.01）.More male students exposed in the pornographic videos or publications and had sex impulse and masturbation than female（P〈0.01）.About 13.5% students had sex experience and the difference in the rate of sexual activity in different grades had statistical significance（P〈0.01）.The incidence of sexual behavior was gradually rising from the lower grades to the higher,with grade three students being the highest.Conclusion Sexual morality education should be strengthened to guide the students to establish healthy relations between genders.Emotional education,ethical education should be combined with moral education,so as to promote their sexual morality.
