实时三平面组织多普勒成像定量评价肥胖儿童左心功能 被引量:2

Quantitative Assessment of Left Ventricular Function in Children with Simple Obesity by Using Real Time Tri-plane Tissue Synchronization Imaging

摘要 目的应用实时三平面组织多普勒成像技术定量评价单纯肥胖对儿童左心功能的影响,为肥胖儿童心脏功能的研究提供检测手段。方法应用常规超声心动图及实时三平面定量组织速度显像技术,对儿童心脏结构和功能进行检查,比较肥胖儿童与正常儿童各项检测参数。结果肥胖组LA,LV,IVS,LVPW,LVM较正常组增大;肥胖组E/A与正常组相比,差异有统计学意义;各室壁二尖瓣环处的Vs和Ds2组间差别有统计学意义,6个室壁的平均Vs和Ds2组间差别也有统计学意义;除少数室壁外,各室壁的舒张速度Ve,Va,Ve/Va以及6个室壁的平均Ve,Va,Ve/Va差别也有统计学意义。结论肥胖可损害儿童心脏的结构和功能,导致儿童左心室肥厚,左室整体收缩与舒张功能均减低。实时三平面组织多普勒定量成像技术为研究儿童肥胖提供了一种新的检测手段。 Objective To identify the effect of simple obesity on cardiovascular system in children by using real time tri-plane tissue synchronization imaging,and to provide testing method for the research on the obesity children' s cardiovascular function.Methods Left ventricular(LV) structure and function were examined with conventional echocardiography and real time tri-plane tissue synchronization imaging.Data were analyzed and compared between obesity children and the normal children.Results LA,LV,IVS,LVPW and LVM in obesity group increased significantly as compared with control group.The Vs and Ds of every wall at mitral annual level was lower in obesity children than that of in healthy children.There was significant difference in Ve,Va,Ve/Va at the most parts of walls between obesity and healthy children.Conclusion Obesity in children causes left heart hypertrophy and reduces the left ventricular systolic and diastolic function.Quantitative of the left ventricular function in obesity children by real time tri-plane tissue synchronization imaging is feasible and reliable.
