摘要
目的了解民营企业职工的医疗保障状况,对解决民营企业职工的医疗保障问题提出建议。方法抽取南京市169家民营企业的233位职工进行问卷调查。结果调查发现民营企业职工82.8%与所在企业签订了劳动合同,92.4%拥有养老保险,42.4%拥有社会基本医疗保险,17.3%拥有商业保险,45.3%对目前所享受的医疗保障感到满意。结论政府相关部门应加快社会保障立法,加强对民营企业的监督管理和引导支持;民营企业经营者要转变观念,重视为职工提供良好医疗保障专人管理保障问题;商业保险民营企业应努力满足民营企业职工保障需求;民营企业职工应增强维护自我保护意识,要求经营者重视自己的医疗保障权益。
Objective To explorc the medical security situation of staffs in private enterprise, and provide some suggestion to selve the problems in medical security for the staffs in private enterprise. Methods 233 staffs in 169 private enterprises in Nanjing were sampled for questionnaire investigation. Results 82.8 % of the investigated staffs signed the labor contracts with their employing enterprises. The coverage rate of endowment insurance, social basic medical insurance, and commercial insurance were 92.4%, 42.4% and 17.3%, respectively. 45.3 % of the staffs were satisfied with their medical security situation. Conclusions The government should accelerate legislation for social security, and enforce supervision, guidance and support for private enterprises. Private enterprises runners should change their ideas and pay attention to staffs'medical insurance provision and management. Commercial insurance companies should try to satisfy the need for health insurance of the staffs in private enterprise. The staffs in private enterprises should enhance the consciousness of self- protection, and require medical security from employers to guarantee their rights and interests.
