摘要
研究了120组不同配合比的复合掺合料机制砂混凝土的强度发展情况。这些混凝土系采用Ⅲ级粉煤灰、矿渣和磷渣等工业废渣混合共磨所得低品质掺合料,以及机制砂和特细山砂按一定比例混合所得细骨料共同配制而成。研究表明,采用合适的水胶比、低品质复合掺合料和取代率,利用低品质掺合料和机制砂可以配制出满足施工和力学性能要求的C30~C60混凝土。
The strength development of 120 groups of concretes sample with different proportions has been studied. These concretes are produced by low quality admixtures made from grinding together with class III fly ash, slag and phosphorus slag, and blended fine aggregates mixed by manufactured sands and super fine pit sand in a certain proportion. The results show that concrete of grade C30-C60 can be produced using low quality admixtures and artificial-sand with appreciate water-binder ratio, admixture and replacement ratio.
