基于UKF的永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制研究

摘要 提出了一种基于 Unscented Kalman 非线性滤波(UKF)的永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制方法。利用易于检测的电机端电压和端电流,采用 UKF 算法实时地估计电机的转速和磁极位置,得到矢量控制系统转速反馈信号和矢量变换角度。永磁同步电机无位置传感器转速控制仿真结果表明,本文提出的估计算法既具有较高的估计精度又具有相对少的计算量,可以满足永磁同步电机伺服系统无位置传感器控制需要。 This paper presents the modeling, analysis, design and experimental validation of a position sensorless control method for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) based on Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF). Measured line currents and terminal voltages are used to estimate the speed and flux angle according to the UKF algorithm at real time, which can provide speed feedback and vector transform angle for vector control system. A simulation of a scnsorless PMSM drive system shows that the proposed sensorless algorithm is characteristic of high identification accuracy and low compute jobs. And the proposed control method can achieve high speed tracking power.
