摘要
为了提高级联型逆变器在单元故障时的容错能力,在详细分析了功率器件各种故障对电路运行状态的影响后,提出了一种基于差补技术的冗余控制方法。该方法能保证级联型逆变器在某一单元故障后仍能输出相同的输出电压和较低的谐波,以三台逆变单元构成的级联型逆变器为例进行了分析,给出了故障前后,每台单元功率管的开关状态的转换,最后仿真结果验证了所提出的控制方法是正确有效的。
To increase the fault tolerance for cascaded inverter, a control method based on redundancy differential PWM is proposed after analyzing the influence of switching devices' fault. The proposed method can make the cascaded inverter to output the same voltage magnitude and low total harmonic distortion. This paper takes example for a cascaded inverter which have three cells and presents the conversion of switching device's switching states. The correctness of analysis is verified by simulation.
