对门诊肿瘤患者健康教育需求的调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the health education needs in patients with cancer in outpatient department

目的探讨肿瘤专科医院门诊患者健康教育需求情况。方法采用自行设计的问卷对242名门诊肿瘤患者进行了调查。结果患者最希望了解的肿瘤相关知识分别是:营养饮食调理占66.53%、疾病病因占56.20%、治疗手段占53.72%、疾病预后占50.83%;患者既往与目前希望获取健康教育知识的方式排名前3位的均是医生、医院宣传资料和媒体。复诊患者对就诊信息的了解程度显著好于初诊患者,但二者对肿瘤知识的了解程度差异无统计学意义。结论应逐渐提高护士在健康教育中的作用,进一步完善门诊健康教育工作。

Objective To investigate the health education needs among patients with cancer in outpatient department. Method Two hundred and forty - two outpatients with cancer were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Results The patients wanted to learn about the following information related to cancer,including nutrition and diet （66.53 % ） , cause of cancer （56.20%） , treatment methods （53.72%） and prognosis （50.83%）. The first three means which the patients accessed and hoped were advice from doctors, health education materials and media. Conclusion It is suggested to improve nurses＇ role in health education and strengthen health education in outpatient department.
