摘要
目的探讨有效的交接班模式。方法在传统交接班模式的基础上,接班者提前主动熟悉接班的内容。以护士掌握患者病情和护理措施落实到位的程度,以及患者了解相关健康教育内容的程度为评价指标,评估两种交接班模式的效果。结果采用主动接班模式,护士掌握患者病情和护理措施落实到位的程度及健康教育效果明显优于传统的交接班模式,均为P<0.01。结论主动接班模式有助于发挥护士的主观能动性,提高护士交接班的质量,有利于护理人才的培养。
Objective To explore an effective shift handover mode in nursing management. Method An active shift handover mode was practiced in nursing management based on the conventional shift handover mode. The nurses to be on duty were required to know well the information about shift handover in advance. Then, nurses' mastery of patients' medical condition, the implementation rate of nursing care and patients' mastery of health related knowledge were evaluated and compared with the conventional shift handover mode. Results Compared with the conventional mode,nurses' mastery of patients' condition, the implementation rate of nursing care and the effect of health education were better in the new shift handover mode (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The active shift handover mode is helpful to motivate nurses' activity and improve the quality of shift handover,which is beneficial for the cultivation of nursing staff.
