Based on a medical case with medicine incompatibility in intravenous infusion,this paper analyzed the key links to control medicine incompatibility in the process of implementation of doctors＇ medical advice related to intravenous infusion,and put forward some strategies in the process management to reduce medicine incompatibility and safeguard the safety of medication for the patients.
