Research status quo of rehabilitation nursing care of coronary heart disease patients undergoing intervention therapy

冠心病介入治疗的康复护理包括两个方面:一是术前充分准备,术后精心护理确保病人介入手术成功;二是介入治疗后需采取继续或强化健康教育、控制危险因素、运动锻炼、心理调适、药物治疗、定期随访等措施来减慢或阻止冠状动脉的再狭窄,提高生活质量。

Sufficient preoperative preparation and careful postoperative nursing are the key points for ensuring operation success of coronary heart disease patients ac- cepting rehabilitation nursing undergoing intervention therapy. After intervention therapy, coronary heart disease patients need to keep on health education, to con- trol risk factors. They aim need sports exercises, mental adjustment, drug treat- ment, and regular follow - up. Thus it can slow or prevent the re - stenosis of coronary artery. And it could enhance the living quality for coronary heart disease patients effectively.
