卡托普利联合单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭疗效观察

Clinical observation of captopril and isosorbidemononitrate sustained release tablet doses on senile pulmnary heart diseaseand heart failure

目的观察卡托普利联合单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗老年慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的疗效。方法将110例老年肺心病心衰患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用卡托普利和单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片;对照组仅给予常规治疗,观察两组的临床疗效,并与对照组相比较。结果观察组显效率74·5%,总有效率为90·9%;对照组显效率为47·2%,总有效率为67·2%,治疗后二组疗效对比,显效率差异有统计学意义(P<0·01),总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0·01)。结论卡托普利和单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片合用治疗老年慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的疗效显著,不良反应少,药物使用安全。

Objective To observe the effect of captopril and isosorbidemononitrate sustained release tablet doses on senile pulmnary heart diseaseand heart failure.Methods 110 patients suffering from senile pulmonary heartdisease and heart failure were divided into observe group and control group randomly,patients in observe group were,on the basis of the routine treatment,given captopril and isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablet doses,while the controls received only routine treatment.Clinical effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results ln observe group,obvious rate was 74.5%,and total effective rate was 90.9%,which in control group were 47.2%and 67.2%,respectively.There were significant difference in obviousrates and effective rates between the two groups（P〈0.01,P〈0.01,）.Conclusion The effect of captopril and isosorbide mononitrate,sustained release,tablet doses on senile pulmonary heart disease and heart failure is excellent with Iess side effects and safe medicament.
