应用液相色谱-质谱联用法检测止喘灵胶囊中的醋酸泼尼松

Determination of Prednisone Acetate in Zhichuanling Capsules by the LC-MS

建立检测制剂中非法掺入的醋酸泼尼松专属性方法。采用液相色谱-质谱联用法。选用岛津VP-ODS C18柱,以0·01mol/L醋酸铵-甲醇(45∶55)为流动相,对非法制剂的提取液进行液相色谱-质谱联用分析。通过与对照品的色谱、紫外光谱及质谱行为相比较,对此类非法药进行定量测定和定性鉴别。在这些非法制剂中均检出醋酸泼尼松,且回收率为98·54%(n=6)。该方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可用于分析检测非法制剂中的醋酸泼尼松。

To develop a specific method to detect the Prednisone Acetate mixed into drug.The liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method was used.The VP-ODS C18 column was used with a mobile phase of 0.01 mol/L ammonium acetate solution-methanol（45∶55）.The Prednisone Acetate mixed into drug was identified according to the chromatographic behavior and mass spectral data by comparison with reference substances.The Prednisone Acetate were found in drug.The average recovery was 98.54%（n=6）.The method is selective and sensitive and can be used to detect the Prednisone Acetate mixed into drug.
