摘要
对猫面神经垂直段造成急性挤压伤,经神经肌电图证实为完全性周围世面瘫后,用免疫组织化学和细胞化学技术结合免疫电镜,观察急性面神经损伤对面神经内P物质(SP)的影响。发现损伤处的远侧段(垂直段)及近侧段(水平段)SP免疫反应阳性产物及阳性纤维增加,且以伤后6d为明显。表明面神经急性挤压伤后,P物质与其再生和修复可能有密切关系。
This paper presents the change in substance P immunoreactivity (SP-IR) afteracute crush injury to the vertical part of facial nerve of normal cats by using immunohistochemicaland immunocytochemical techniques combined with immunoelectronic microscopy. Theelectroneuromyogram (ENOG ) shows that the cats have suffered from fully Peripheral facialparalysis. It is found that the SP-IR positive products and fibers increase in the other part of facialnerve (including the non-injured part of vertical segment and level segment) after injury,especiallysix days later. As a result,it is suggested that the regeneration and repair of facial nerve might be inclose relationship with substance P after acute crush injury to it.
