摘要 研究的白边检测系统是图像处理技术在冶金领域应用较成功的一例。该系统通过对合金化产品的白边情况进行检测并量化记录,为合金化功率的调节提供了依据,同时也可作为产品的质量记录。为此结合图像处理的原理,详细阐述了白边检测系统的硬件构成,检测方法以及实际应用效果,尤其是对白边的提取过程进行了详细的论述。基于该思想,可以进行冶金行业其他的带钢表面质量情况的检查。 The white edge detecting system in this paper is a successful usage of image treatment and analysis technology in metallurgy area. Through detecting and recording the white edge value of the alloyed product. This system supplies the basis of alloy power adjustment, which is also a part of the quality record of product. Combined with the principle of image treatment ,this paper expatiated on the hardware construction and measuring method and actually using effect of the white edge detecting system, especially discussed the process of capturing white edge detailly. Based on this idea, we can do other kinds of check about strip surface quality inmetallurgy area.
