摘要
以"无核白鸡心"等5个无核品种为试材,研究无核葡萄品种的胚败育进程。研究表明,无核葡萄品种间的胚败育的进程差异较大,小败育型品种胚败育时间在授粉后32 d起,中败育型品种胚败育时间在授粉后35 d起,小败育型胚的败育进程比中败育型胚快;大败育型品种胚败育时间在授粉后60 d,其败育程度低。胚珠的重量和体积变化可以确定无核品种胚败育时期的大致范围。
Five varieties of seedless grape such as＂Centennial Seedless＇were used as test materials to study the process of seedless grape＇s embryo abortion. The result showed that there was a quite great difference in the process between varieties. The initial stage of embryo abortion for small abortion varieties was on the 32nd day after pollination, that for medium abortion varieties was on the 35th day after pollination, and that for big abortion varieties was on the 60th day after pollination. The abortion speed of small abortion varieties was faster than that of medium abortion varieties. The abortion degree for big abortion varieties was low. The changes of ovules in weight and size could determine an approximate range of abortion time of seedless grape varieties.
