摘要
试验采用DGGE电泳技术避开传统的纯培养不能全面反映内生菌种群的弊端,首先从子实体中含有的细菌着手,通过对其种类的鉴定,寻找与羊肚菌生长关系密切的细菌种群。结果显示:测序共得到7种细菌,PCR-DGGE方法可以在一定程度上反应微生物群落结构。
Culturing morels needs soil sealing which could contain beneficial microorganism to stimulate the growth of morels. In order to know about the bacterial population closely related with the growth of morels, the bacteria contained in the fruiting body of morels were identified by means of a PCR-DGGE technology instead of pure culture methods. The sequencing found a total of 7 kinds of bacteria, and to a certain extent, the method of PCR-DGGE could reflect the bacterial community structure in morels.
