摘要
选择2个粳型光温敏感核不育系(简称"二系")S1、S3试验材料,以BT型三系不育系寒丰A、常规品系秀水123为对照,观察4份材料在上海地区自然环境下,抽穗、扬花期、始花、开花高峰、张闭颖时间和温度、湿度之间的关系,了解各材料不同天气环境下,开花历时、花时、开花趋势等规律,研究二系、三系不育系和常规粳稻品种开花特点和差异,针对二系不育系特有的开花特性,提出二系杂粳组合安全、高产制种的技术措施。
Four lines or varieties of japonica rice including two P(T) GMS lines Sland S3, a BT-type CMS line Hanfeng A and a conventional variety Xiushui 123 were grown under the natural conditions in Shanghai area to survey the relations between the heading, blooming period, initial blooming time, blooming peak and opening and closing time of glumous flowers and the temperature and humidity. Through experiments, the rules of blooming time and trend of these materials under different weather conditions and their difference in the blooming characteristics were made clear. According to the blooming characteristics peculiar to the two P(T) GMS lines, the technical measures of the safe and high-yield seed production of the two-way hybrid japonica rice combinations were brought forward.
