论西部民族地区政府官员政绩评估指标的构建

Identification of Assessment Indicators on the Performance of Government Officials in West China Minority Areas

由于政府职责的特殊性,西部民族地区政府官员的政绩评估指标构建从原则到内容也具有特殊性。在科学发展观下,西部民族地区政府官员的政绩评估指标有经济发展、居民生活、社会发展、民族文化、环境保护等六个一级指标,若干个二级指标,用于全面评估政府官员政绩。

This paper suggests six indicators assessing the performance of government officials in west China, including economic development, civilian livelihood, social development, national culture and environmental protection. Under the six indicators there are some subindicators. It is argued that these indicators can highlight the Chinese government＇s concept of scientific development strengthening the roles of officials.
