网络环境下反不正当竞争问题研究

A Study on the Unfair Competitions on the Internet

本文借鉴国际网络环境下反不正当竞争的理论和实践经验,对网络技术引发的不正当竞争提出立法建议。修改现行相关法律法规,制定相应法规,完善法律体系,并呼吁人们强化网络保护意识,全面提升现代网络通信技术。

Based on the previous experiences, this paper proposes some ways of legislation against the unfair competitions on the Internet. It is hoped that the law concerned can he improved.
