摘要
在贵州省土家族地区的广大农村,由于交通不便、贫困面依然较大、广大农民文化素质不高、少数领导干部对民族地区新农村建设的重要性认识不足等原因,在这些地区建设社会主义新农村,必须把改善当地农村交通状况、加大扶贫开发、大力发展教育、加强干部队伍建设等工作与新农村建设结合起来,只要如此,新农村建设在这些地区才能收到实效。
The Tujia areas in Guizhou Province are characterized with inconvenient traffic, poverty, poorly-educated farmers and inefficient leadership. This paper argues for the importance of the construction of the new-image countryside in these areas, and proposed some ways for improvement in terms of traffic, poverty alleviation, education and leadership.
