理性化是人类以其理性对自然和社会环境加以征服并控制的种种努力。随着20世纪人类对理性文化传统的批判与解构,在政治学领域中对理性的思考也越发受到人们的关注。党政领导干部是我国社会主义现代化建设主要的责任承担者,在遵循理性规则的制度框架下,通过选拔具有理性精神的考核主体队伍,设定符合理性原则的考核指标,推行体现公正宗旨的考核程序,无疑对推进党政领导干部队伍建设、提高队伍素质具有重要作用。

The rationalization is all sorts of endeavor which human use by its rationality to conquer and control the nature and the social environment. With human critique and knowing to the rational cultural tradition in the 20th century, thought on sense in the political domain also even got people＇s more attention, the leading officials in the Party and Government are the main responsibility undertakers in Chinese socialist modernization, under the system frame of following rational rule and through selecting main body of assessing team with rational spirit, setting the inspection target conforming to the rational principle and carrying out the inspection procedure manifesting the fair rule will undoubtedly play an important role in advancing the construction of leading officials team in the Party and Government and improving the team quality.
