烫发和染发对头发损害及护发素对其修护作用

The damage of perm and dyeing to hair and the reparative effect of shampoo and hair conditioner on hair

目的:通过定量方法研究烫发和染发对头发发质的影响,以及洗发香波和护发素对头发修护的作用。方法:利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察烫发和染发前后及用护发香波处理后头发表面的形态,根据毛小皮细胞与毛干之间的夹角为每个毛小皮赋予不同的分值,通过自身对照对结果进行评估。结果:刚烫发或染发的头发毛小皮评分较处理前增高。用护发素处理1次后的3个月内,继续使用洗发香波+护发素组的毛小皮评分低于单用洗发香波组。结论:烫发和染发可对头发造成不同程度的伤害,烫发和染发后早期使用正规洗发香波和护发素可对处理后的头发起到修护作用。

Objective： To quantitate the damage of penn and dyeing to hair and the reparative effect of shampoo and hair conditioner on hair. Methods： The changes of the morphology of the hair were examined by scanning electron microscope. The evaluations of results were based on self comparison. Results： The hair cuticle scores of newly treated hair were higher than those of before the treatment. Within the 3 months, after using hair conditioner the hair cuticle scores of the group continuously using shampoo plus hair conditioner were lower than the group using shampoo only. Conclusion： Penn and dyeing would lead to hair damage at different extent, and regular use of shampoo and hair conditioner in the initial period after penn and dyeing will give repairative effect to the treated hair.
