房地产开发宏观调控政策研究——以广西为例

On the Macro-Control Policies in Real Estate Development——A Case Study of Guangxi

房地产业已经逐步成为各地方经济的支柱产业之一,如何从政策上引导房地产业进行良性的发展,是各地政府部门所面,临的难题。文章以广西房地产开发为例,通过对房地产开发投资现状与销售方面的分析,对今后各级政府如何通过宏观管理,保持房地产业的平稳发展,逐步有效解决居民住房问题,提出了一些建议和看法。

Real estate has become one of the mainstay pillar industries in every local economy, how to guide the real estate industry to the positive development from policies is a hard nut to crack for every local government. By taking Guangxi real estate development as an example, the present condition and sale in real estate are analyzed, then suggestions on how to keep the real estate in a steady development, resolve housing problem gradually and effectively are put forward.
