民营企业是我国今后市场经济中的主体之一,民营企业履行社会责任是其生存和发展之本。文章从民营企业社会责任立法必要性、发达国家民营企业的企业社会责任的立法考察、我国民营企业立法现状及立法构想三个方面加以阐述,并提出民营企业社会责任立法具体内容。

Private enterprises are one of the main economics in China＇s market businesses in the furture, it is necessary for private enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility. From the social responsibility legislative necessity of private .enterprises, the social responsibility legislation inspection of private enterprises in developed countries and the status of China＇s private enterprises and its legislative council, the legislation of private enterprises social responsibility is discussed.
