六氢β_酸的抗氧化功能研究

研究六氢β-酸清除自由基、抗脂质过氧化作用。以邻苯三酚自氧化法产生的O2-.,研究六氢β-酸对O2-.的清除作用;以Fenton反应产生.OH,研究六氢β-酸对.OH的清除作用;DPPH法研究了六氢β-酸对DPPH自由基的清除作用;以大鼠肝匀浆自发性及VC-Fe2+诱导氧化产生的脂质过氧化产物,研究了六氢β-酸抗脂质过氧化作用。六氢β-酸能清除O2-.,EC50为4.38 mg/mL;能清除.OH,EC50为0.37 mg/mL;对DPPH清除的EC50为0.45 mg/mL;能抑制大鼠肝匀浆自氧化及VC-Fe2+诱导引起的脂质过氧化,并呈浓度依赖关系。结论:六氢β-酸对自由基有清除作用,能有效抑制脂质过氧化。

The effects of Hexahydrocolupulone（HHCL） on antioxidation were explored.HHCL on scavenging superoxide anion radical was induced by 1,2,3-benzentriol auto-oxidation system,scavenging hydroxyl free radical was used via Fenton system,scavenging DPPH,inhibiting lipid peroxidation of liver homogenate either spontaneously or induced by VC-Fe^2＋ were discussed by 2-thiobarbituric acid spectrometric method.HHCL could significantly inhibit the superoxide anion radical,the hydroxyl free radical and the DPPH free radical,EC50 is 4.38 mg/mL,0.37 mg/mL and 0.45 mg/mL respectively.It was indicated that HHCL could scavenge free radical and inhibit lipid peroxidation of liver homogenate.
