南水北调中线水源区浮游植物与水环境因子相关性研究 被引量:4

A study on Correlation between Plankton and Environmental Factors in the Water Source Area of the Middle Line Project Transferring Water from South to North

摘要 研究从2004年3月~2006年8月间对南水北调中线水源区丹江口水库3个采样点水体进行了浮游植物数量种类和9项理化指标的检测,并对浮游植物的数量、种类的生长变化与环境因子之间的相互关系进行简单相关分析、回归分析和典型相关分析。结果表明:该水域共有浮游植物96种及变种,隶属于8门63属,其中种类最多的藻类植物,依次是硅藻、绿藻和蓝藻。每一门藻类只与少数环境因子有直接相关性,与部分因子具有间接的群体相关性。硅藻门、绿藻门都与氮浓度有直接相关性,蓝藻门与氮浓度具有间接相关性。磷浓度较低,每一门藻类都与磷浓度没有直接的相关性。典型相关分析表明,浮游植物与环境因子具有显著相关性,浮游植物主要因素为硅藻门和蓝藻门,环境因子主要因素是总氮、化学需氧量、生化需氧量。浮游植物与环境因子表现出的群体显著相关性将为水库的环境监测、分析、治理提供一定的参考价值。 Water samples were collected by using standard methods at three points in the water source area of Danjiangkou reservoir in the middle line project for transferring water from south to north from March 2003 to August 2006.The number,species and 9 physical and chemical monitoring indices were tested and analyzed by means of Simple Correlation Analysis,Linear Regression Analysis and canonical Analysis.The results indicated that the samples contained 96 specties and varieties,63 genera,and 8 divisions of phytoplankton;diatoms were the most important component,followed by green algae and blue green algae(Cyanobacteria).Each division of phytoplankton was directly correlated with a few environmental factors,but indirectly correlated with some environmental factors collectively.Diatoms and green algae were directly correlated with the nitrogen concentration,cyanophyta was indirectly correlated with it collectively.Each division of phytoplankton was not correlated with low phosphorus concentration.The results of canonical analysis showed that plankton was significantly correlated with environmental factors.The main factors in plankton were diatoms and green algae,and the main environmental factors were total nitrogen,chemical oxygen demand biochemical oxygen demand.The fact that planktons were significantly correlated with environmental factors formed the base for monitoring and managing reservoir environment.
