摘要 为了研究具有特殊结构的新型外转子爪极电机的运行特性,在对电机的结构、材料、特点以及运行机理进行分析的基础上,利用有限元分析软件,建立了对电机进行三维电磁场分析的仿真模型。采用场路耦合分析方法,通过ANSYS和CASPOC系统仿真软件的耦合计算,得到了在发电和电动两种状态下的系统仿真特性。仿真结果表明,该种电机具有功率密度和转矩密度大的特点,在发电和电动状态都表现出良好的运行特性。 In order to research the operating characteristics of a novel claw pole machine with outer permanent magnet (PM) rotor and special structure, by means of finite element analysis (FEA) software, the simulation model of three-dimensional (3D) electromagnetic field analysis was built for this machine on the basis of analyzing it' s structure, material, characteristics and operating mechanism. With the help of two powerful system simulation software ANSYS and CASPOC, the system simulation characteristics was achieved under the conditions of generator and motor by the coupled analysis method of field and circuit. The simulation results show that this kind of machine has characteristics of high power density and torque density, and it has a good operation performance under the conditions of generator or motor.
