摘要
为了提高防空警报视频控制器视频信号处理的速度和效率,在分析了快速离散余弦变换(DCT)变换理论的基础上,设计并提出了基于H.263的快速压缩算法。在H.263编码算法复杂度增加很少的情况下,利用高性能DSP芯片实时实现了压缩算法的优化,有效地降低了整个模块的运行时钟数。实验结果表明,在防空警报视频控制器的信号处理中,优化算法实现了对采集数据的高度压缩,且压缩、解压缩的速度快,提高了整个系统的运行速度。
In order to enhance the video signal processing speed and efficiency of air defense warning video controller, the text has analyzed the fast discrete cosine transformation (DCT) in the transform theory, designed and proposed fast compression algorithm based on the H. 263. In the situation of less complexity of H. 263 encoding algorithm, the real-time realization of the compression algorithm optimization has been obtained by using the high performance DSP chip, which reduced the entire module movement clock number effectively. The experimental result indicated that in the air defense warning video controller's signal processing, the optimized algorithm implements the high compression for the gathering data, increases the speed of deflate and inflate compression and raises overall system's speed of operation.
