船用正车油动机电液伺服系统改进 被引量:3

摘要 为克服原正车油动机响应速度慢以及电液转换部分易卡涩等缺点,采用综合评价的方法对电液转换器进行选型,并从可靠性、可维性等方面最终确定了利用无源自容式电液执行器ReXA对其进行电液改进的方案。ReXA电液执行器具有出力大、抗卡涩能力强、全封闭等特点,能够避免机舱盐雾对设备内部的腐蚀,符合船用条件要求。改进后,正车油动机的过渡时间从原来的40s提高到18.2s,并且根据需要最高可以提高到3.3s。 To overcome the shortcomings of the original forward-drive oil servomotors,such as slow response speed and easy seizure of the electrohydraulic conversion portion,a comprehensive evaluation method was employed to perform a type selection of electrohydraulic converters,focusing on reliability and maintainability etc.An electrohydraulic control-based improvement scheme was finalized by using a sourceless self-capacitance type electrohydraulic actuator ReXA,which has a large output power and strong anti-seizure capacity.Being fully enclosed and capable of avoiding erosion of equipment internals by salt mist in the engine room,it is suited for use on board vessels.After the improvement,the transition duration of the forward-drive oil servomotor is shortened from the original 40 seconds to 18.2 seconds and even to a minimum of 3.3 seconds depending on specific needs.
