摘要
以武汉市三级医院121名副高级以上职称员工和主要科室的中层管理者作为调查对象,对医院人力资本培训投资环节进行调查。结果发现,员工培训意识较差,31.4%自2004年以来未接受培训,39.7%对培训效果不满意,医院及科室的培训制度和管理均存在一些问题。由此提出,医院人力资本培训投资风险因素包括医院层面和个人层面,前者主要体现在培训的制度建设和培训管理上,后者包括员工培训意识、培训内容与岗位的匹配性、个人兴趣爱好等。医院应关注风险因素,进行人力资本培训投资调查与评估,加强培训制度建设与管理。
Methods Total 121 staff with title of senior professional and middle - level manager were involved and investments of hospital training of human capital were investigated. Result 31.4 percent didn't accept any training since 2004, and 39.7 percent had a dissatisfaction with training effect. There were some problems in the training system and management of hospitals and departments. Conclusions The investment risk factors of human capital training comes from the hospital level and personal level The former are mainly embodied in the training system - building and training of management, the latter includs staff training awareness, training and job matching, personal interests and hobbies, etc. Therefore, hospital should should be concerned about risk factors, investment survey and evaluation of human capital training, strengthening the training system construction and management.
