白细胞介素6膜结合受体在子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液中的表达及意义

摘要
子宫内膜异位症（内异症）是育龄期妇女的常见病和多发病，病因学涉及遗传、免疫、内分泌等多种因素。内异症患者腹腔液中巨噬细胞显著增多，并产生大量的细胞因子，如白细胞介素（interleukin，IL）6等，共同参与内异症的发生、发展。IL-6通过与其靶细胞表面的IL-6膜结合受体（membrane interleukin 6 receptor，mlL-6R）结合发挥其多种生物学功能，因此，IL-6的生物学活性不但与其本身的结构有关，很大程度上还取决于mlL-6R的结构与表达。目前人们对mlL-6R在内异症中的意义尚不了解。
