当归总糖 还原糖和多糖的含量测定方法探讨 被引量:18

摘要 目的:测定当归中总糖、还原糖及多糖含量。方法:采用可见分光光度法,经3,5—二硝基水杨(DNS)显色测定当归中的总糖、还原糖及多糖的含量。结果:实验结果测得当归中总糖、还原糖及多糖含量分别为38.28%、12.55%、25.73%,精密度、回收率试验结果理想。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,灵敏度高。 Objective: To determine the content of total sugar.reducing sugar and polysaccharide in radix angelicae sinensis. Methods- To determine the content of total sugar, reducing sugar and polysaccharide in radix angelicae sinensis by pectrophotometry and3,5- dinitrosalicylic acid(DNS) were used to colour reaction. Results: The results of the experiment show the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar and polysaccharide in radix angelicae sinensis are 38.28 % .12.55 % .25.73 %. The accuracy and the rate of recovery are perfect. Conclusion: The results show that the methods are convenient, rapid,accurate and highly sensitive.
