矢量中值滤波在细胞彩色图像去噪中的应用

Application of Vector Median Filter in Cell Color Image Denoising

在一般图像中值滤波去噪的算法基础上,针对细胞医学图像处理的特点,用彩色图像的矢量中值滤波算法对细胞图像进行去噪处理.去噪过程使用窗口长度变换和同窗口多次迭代两种方式进行实验,结果表明,采用矢量中值滤波算法的同窗口多次迭代方式能够取得良好的去噪效果.

In view of the cell medicine image processing＇s characteristic and based on general algorithm of median filter, the vector median filter is used to denoise cell color image. Window size transformation and multiple iterative are proposed to test the denoising process. The results show that it can achieve better performance in using method of multiple iterative.
