摘要
借助电镜摄影等方法,本文对辉光离子氮化钢领的表面状态、渗层结构及渗层硬度等进行了分析,文章对氮化钢领的磨损失效,氮化变形及耐腐蚀性能等与普通渗硬钢领作了对比.并指出:辉光离子氮化钢领真有变形小,耐磨性好,耐腐蚀性好,使用寿命长等优点.
By electro-photograhy and other means, this article aualyses the surface state of glow ion nitrided spinning ring, the structure and hardness of its nitrided layer etc. Comparing the resistance to wear, deformation due to process and resistance to corrosion of nitrided rings with those of carburized rings, it points out that glow ion nitrided spinning rings have the advantages of less deformation, good resistance to wear and corrosion and long service life.
