太极拳锻炼对男性老年人心肺功能的影响

The Effection of Taijiquan Exercise on the Heart and Lung Function of the Old Male People

目的:探讨太极拳锻炼对男性老年人心肺功能的作用.研究方法:选长期从事太极拳运动的老年人30名,观察长期太极拳运动锻炼对心肺功能进行测试.结果:与对照组相比,太极拳锻炼组肺活量及其指数提高,每分输出量及每搏输出量增加(P<0.05或0.01);左室射血前期与射血期比值减小,平均动脉压下降,心血管疾病发病减少(P<0.05或0.01).结论:太极拳运动锻炼对改善男性老年人心肺功能具有良好作用,并能降低老年人心血管疾病的发病率.

The aim of the study is the effection of Taijiquan exercise on the heart and lung function of the old male people. The method is selecting 60 subjects at random as experimental and control groups,and the subjects in test group did Taijiquan exercise over one year. The test is the effection of long period Taijiquan exercise on the fuction of lung and heart of old people. The data in Taijiquan group like vital capacity, the exponet of vital capacity, CO and SV are higher（P〈0.05 or 0.01）, while LPEP/LVET, the disease concerned with cardiovascular system obviously are lower than that in control group（P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Taijiquan exercise can improve the fuction of heart and lung of the old male people, and prevent diseases concerned with cardiovascular system.
