UV-B辐射增强对2种海洋桡足类生长发育的影响

摘要 采用实验生态学的方法,研究了UV-B辐射增强对指状许水蚤(Schmackeria inopinus Burckhardt,1913)和猛水蚤Harpacticussp.生长发育的影响.结果表明,UV-B辐射处理对指状许水蚤和猛水蚤的生长没有明显的影响,两种剂量(0.086 4 kJ/m2和0.043 2 kJ/m2)的UV-B辐射对指状许水蚤和猛水蚤各个发育时期(从NⅡ期到成体)的体长都无显著性影响(p>0.05).但UV-B辐射处理严重抑制了指状许水蚤的整个发育进程,与对照组相比,二个处理组(0.043 2 kJ/m2和0.086 4 kJ/m2)从NⅡ期到成体所需的发育时间都明显延长(p<0.01),各个发育阶段所需的时间也明显长于相应的对照组(p<0.01).同样UV-B辐射处理也明显抑制了猛水蚤的整个发育进程,与对照组相比,低剂量(0.043 2 kJ/m2)和高剂量(0.086 4 kJ/m2)处理组从NⅡ到成体的各个发育阶段所需的发育时间和整个发育过程所需要的时间分别存在显著(p<0.05)或极显著(p<0.01)的差异.本研究结果亦表明UV-B辐射处理对指状许水蚤发育的影响明显大于猛水蚤,高剂量(0.086 4 kJ/m2)UV-B辐射处理对2种海洋桡足类发育的影响远远高于低剂量(0.043 2 kJ/m2)处理. The effects of UV-B radiation enhancement on two species of marine copepods: Schmackeria inopinus and Harpacticus sp. were studied by experimental ecological method under controlled laboratory conditions. Results showed that: UV-B radiation enhancement had little effect on growth of S. inopinus and Harpacicus sp. , and the body lengths showed almost no difference as compared with their respective control (p〉0. 005). However, radiation at agents of 0. 043 2 kJ/m2和0. 086 4 kJ/m2 presented signifi cantly inhibitory effect on the development of S. inopinus, the developmental time from NⅡ naupiar stage to adult had been greatly prolonged(p〈0.01)and the time for each developmental stage increased when compared with the control group without UV-B irradiation. Similar phenomena were observed in Harpacicus sp.: UV-B radiation at tested agents could obviously inhibit its development, but the inhibiton in group at low agent of 0. 042 3 kJ/m2 (p〈0. 005) was not so obvious as that in group exposed to high agent of 0,086 4 kJ/m (p〈0. 001) as compared to the control. Results inferred that UV B radiation enhancement could significantly delay the development of the two species of marine copepods, and Harpacicus sp. was more sensitive to UV-B radiation as compared to S. inopinus.
