摘要
把SSM和系统动力学方法用于企业对创新知识需求的识别过程中,提出了一个基于SSM的创新技术知识需求动态识别模型,该模型通过SSM系统地探求企业创新的技术知识需求,并运用系统动力学方法动态地识别所需技术知识的外部来源。
Trying to apply the soft system methodology to identifying the requirement of technology knowledge, this paper puts forward a mode of knowledge acquiring frame based on soft system methodology. This mode can identify technology knowledge requirement by using SSM, and can guess the outer source of technology knowledge by using system dynamics method. The research findings provide a powerful tool for acquiring effective technology knowledge requirement and knowledge transfer in enterprise cooperate innovation.
