摘要
在构建理论模型的基础上,提出一系列可供检验的命题,认为大幅度战略变化需要能力柔性的支持,快速战略变化需要资源柔性的支持;而企业的不同导向又决定企业如何选择资源柔性和能力柔性。
In transitional china, because of entering WTO, firms face a more and more turbulent environment and are forced to change their strategy effectively. But, under the uncertain environment, many firms have no clear orientations and right choices, both of which have reduced their competitive advantages. So, this article develops a theoretical model and puts forward a series of propositions to resolve the problem of strategic change. This article believes that an extensive strategic change needs capability flexibility while a fast strategic change needs resource flexibility. And firm's orientation decides a firm how to choose resource and capability flexibility further.
