从科学园到科学城：瑞典西斯塔ICT产业集群的演进及其功能提升被引量：5

摘要瑞典西斯塔是世界上最具创新活力的地区之一,其地位仅次于美国硅谷。西斯塔科学园从20世纪70年代开始规划,经历了地方企业集聚化、产业集群全球化以及集群结构调整和功能提升的多元化3个发展阶段。当园区原有软硬件环境不能适应现有要求时,该地区采用三角(产、官、学)螺旋模式将科学园拓展为科学城。纵观西斯塔ICT产业集群的演进历程,爱立信公司、IT大学和KIG创新机制起到了至关重要的作用。
