节能型混凝土多孔砖配合比及性能研究

摘要 试验旨在配制出同时具备较高强度和良好热工性能的混凝土多孔砖。通过分析灰集比、砂率、炉渣掺入量、水灰比和粉煤灰取代量对混凝土多孔砖配合比设计的影响,制定正交配合比试验方案,并根据试验结果对配合比进行优化,提出最佳设计方案,最后对配制的混凝土多孔砖强度及热工性能进行测试分析。 The test aims at confecting concrete perforated brick with high strength and good thermal performance. An orthogonal test scheme of mix ratio was made by analyzing the influence of binder/aggregate ratio, sand ratio, dosage of slag, water/ binder ratio and replacement ratio of fly ash on mix design of concrete perforated brick. The mix ratio is optimized according to the test results and the optimum design scheme is proposed. The strength and thermal performance of concrete perforated brick have also been tested.
