摘要
根据一座12.5 MVA电炉变压器在正常运行中发生两次轻瓦斯气体故障,从气相色谱分析、电炉变吊芯检查及短网外部结构综合进行了剖析,查出了故障发生的原因;并采取有效的措施排除了故障。
Twice light gas failures occurred in normal running of a 12.5 MVA electrical furnace transformer. A comprehensive analysis was made on gas chromatography, check of hanging core of electrical furnace transformer and external structure of short network. Causes of the failures were found out and effective measures were adopted to eliminate failures.
