摘要
通过220 t/h煤粉锅炉高温腐蚀机理的研究,制定出相应改造方案,应用浓淡煤粉燃烧器,并经热态调整试验,实践证明效果良好,取得了一定的社会和经济效益。
Mechanism of high temperature corrosion of 220 t/h pulverized-coal fired boiler was studied and a corresponding reconstruction plan was made out. A thick-thin pulverized coal burner was used and thermal state adjustment tests were conducted. The practice approved its better effects, and certain social and economic benefits were achieved.
