设备故障诊断与预知维修系统(PMS)是使点检工作信息化的重要工具,借助该系统可以很好的记录设备点检信息,并可以进一步分析设备劣化的原因和趋势,起到预检预控作用。该系统在济钢设备点检工作中运行顺利,取得了较好的效果。
