儿童白血病相关危险因素研究

Analysis on Relative Risk Factors of Leukemia in Children

目的探讨儿童白血病发病的危险因素。方法2002年1月-2007年6月采用病例对照研究的方法,对248例白血病病儿和760名对照病例的相关资料进行单因素分析、多因素非条件Logistic回归分析和主成分分析。结果非条件Logistic多因素回归分析显示,该病有显著性意义的危险因素是儿童、孕母居住新装修房屋,儿童家用灭蚊剂≥2年,孕母自然流产史,孕期X射线照射,儿童极低频电磁场暴露,孕母农药、杀虫剂、汽油暴露,孕母孕期应用电磁用具及遗传病、肿瘤家族史。主成分分析提取6个主成分,其方差累计贡献率为79.773%。结论儿童白血病的发病受到遗传背景和社会环境的综合影响。

Objective To explore the risk factors of leukemia in children. Methods A total of 248 children with leukemia and 760 controls were investigated through a case control study from January 2002 to June 2007. Single factor analysis, multiple- factor non - conditional logistic regression analysis and principal component analysis were used to analyze the data. Results Results from multiple factor non conditional logistic regression showed that such cases were closely related with the following factors： children and pregnant women lived in the newly furnished and decorated house/apartment and insecticide-sprayed house/apartment （≥2 years）, pregnant women with history of habitual abortion and X- ray examination, children exposed extremely low frequency electromagnetism fields, pregnant women exposed to pesticide, insecticide and petrol, and pregnant women with history of electromagnetism tools use and family history Of genetic diseases and tumor. Six principal components were extracted through principal component analysis and the cumulative contribution of variances of the 6 principal components was 79. 773 %. Conclusions The risk factors on childhood leukemia are associated with the concomitance of genetic factors and environmental factors.
