摘要 全球范围内,艾滋病疫情日益严重。近十年来,女性HIV感染率不断上升成为艾滋病流行的一个明显趋势。杀微生物剂将成为女性能自主控制的预防HIV感染的新方法。全球正在研制的杀微生物剂按照作用机理可分为五大类,共包括60种以上杀微生物剂,其中18种进入了临床试验阶段。进入临床III期试验的6种杀菌剂有望在2010年上市。 The AIDS epidemic becomes more and more serious in the world. A defining feature of the epidemic in the current decade is the increasing burden of HIV infections in women. Microbicides will be a new female-controlled method for preventing HIV. According to mechanism of action, microbicides being researched in the whole world are divided into five categories, including more than 60 microbicides. Among them, 18 are at clinical trial stage, Six microbicides that enter large scale phase III trials will go to market in 2010.
